Q.
mansimran is having some infection in stomach..from last two days. she is complaining of having pain in stomach.. she did vomitting day before yesterday once. she doesn't feel like eating something.. can u please suggest me some good medicine for her..

Medicine cannot be given without a proper examination. so take your child to the Paediatrician for a physical examination
Dr will examine & suggest medicine
Give natural apetisers like ajwain water, fennel seed water, lemon juice, buttermilk to the chikd
