This may require proper evaluation, so to clear your doubts regarding this and to receive proper information you should consult your pediatrician/concerned doctor who will guide you in a proper way and will also suggest propehdfr investigation if so required after clinical examination and taking detailed history. That will be a better approach for a proper treatment regarding this.
