#Mamypoko#AskTheExpert Hi doctor My baby is going to complete 6 months, what food I can start with?.. and how much quantity?.. is it ok to give fingersize food At 6 months?... and how many times should I feed her solids at 6 months?

A. U Should only give finger sized food to the child after your child learns to hold it properly and only if your child is having its teeth that is approximately after 7 to 8 months it would be a better choice and as of now you can give all kind of Suji items like Halwa ragi Upma oats and you can go for Suji Kheer as well that’s a very healthy option introduced Paneer cheese curd oats quinoa ragi vegetable and fruit purée on regular basis
