Sarika guptaMom of 2 children6 years agoA. Hello mam, yes the mamy poko diapers are safe. But use diapers with some precautions. Change the diaper after every 3-4 hours or when soiled with potty immediately. Clean the area with water everytime u change the diaper. Give diaper free time in between to avoid rashes.
