#Mamaxpert My sugar level is 132 post lunch and I am in my 35 th week. Is this normal? Are there any sugar free protein powders recommended? if yes which one?

A. Hello mam, it’s post lunch and it’s under limits not to worry if it’s 140 and above after one hours of post lunch then it’s a concern . Have whole grains , fresh fruits and vegetables , millets etc . And avoid refined and processed foods
