NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello it is not q problem if feeding the baby on one side alone provided there is sufficient breast milk and if the baby is comfortable then good to feed the baby on both sides and you can alternate between the breast so baby gets both hind milk and fore milk
