ExpertDr Sheetal AggarwalObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. hi mom u might be having lactational amenorrhea ... u should do upt to rule out pregnancy and if negative then u need to consult with your gynecologist for withdrawal bleeding

Few mommies get their periods even while breastfeeding and few might not get even after an year after delivery. It all depends on hormonal changes. If you are still concerned better consult your doctor for further advice. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Good luck and take care.
