Q.

#Mamaxpert Hello Doctor, I am a mother of two kids. I had my second baby in November 2020. I am currently 38 years old. I wanted to know about supplements that I can take. I had taken iron, calcium for 2 months after delivery. I started taking calcium again as I was feeling weak, since last 15 days and now feeling better. how long should/can I take it? or should I go for supplements? Thankyou
