#mamaxpert can I eat cookies like (hide&seek, unibic & dark fantasy) during breastfeeding. Is it healthy or unhealthy??

A. Hi mom Yes once a while u can eat. Anything eaten in moderation is fine. These are high in sugar and calories and contains preservatives and artificial flavours which are not to eat. So avoid eating too much
