Q.

mam my son is 3 and half month old and he is not sleeping well how to make him sleep suggest some remedies is it ok to use soother

A. First of all feed baby well before making him sleep as when the baby is satiated with feed they sleep well and massaging also helps and maintain peaceful environment in the room

A. he is not sleeping properly the best way to put baby sleep give good massage before bed play some soothing soft music as baby is sleeping.. ensure baby is full before bed
