mam my sister pregnancy as per lmp 13 weeks but in scanning it shows 12 weeks 6 days ? is this ok mam

yes it is ok
as far as her pregnancy goes well, having no discomfort,no need to worry about it much
just take necessary follow ups from your gynecologist
