mam my kids tested covid positive. pls help how to take care of them ? what al food should i give them ? they have fever cough and headache. how long does it take to cure pls help

You have to keep in touch with your doctor regarding their health and give crocin on regular intervals and start Zincovit syrup and give more liquids and healthy and nutritious diet but easy to digest give soups Khichdi daliya and avoid starchy and sugary foods steam twice a day and warm liquids to drink
