mam my daughter is 4 week old, and not gaining weight, she is on breast feeding, calcium, multivitamin, vit d3 I give her twice a day, does poop and peep 8-12. times a day

A. weight gain, Urine frequency 10 times a day minimum. content baby, sleeping well .are all indicative of adequate milk supply or feeding. also more you feed ,more the supply. keep yourself hydrated., Have nutritious diet. . .
