Mam my child is years old.....but he sweats exssesive..even when he is sleeping in this winter season...pls tell me what is the problem and what is solution?

A. hi Excess sweating can be result of vitamin D 3 deficiency. so kindly get it checked with your pediatrician give healthy ,nutritious diet give sunlight exposure for 20 minutes daily.
