A. Hello maam If anyone of you have dark gums for maybe the child is taking the colour of those the gums only. But still it is not a very good sign maybe that the colour is changing so to be on the safer side moreover I would just advise you to consult a child dentist once regarding the same so at least you’re more sure and clear about it
