A. At 4 months you may have to feed her atleast once in every 4 hours. Sleeping continuously is ok as long as the baby is active while awake u needn't worry. Your baby should be peeing anywhere between six to ten times a day which means the baby is taking feeds properly. If not then u have to dream feed or wake the baby in between and feed. Also there should be a gradual weight gain. Keep a check on these factors.
