Mam, my 10 months grand son has been suffering from fever, flu and cough since last 4 days and a doctor not a child specialist has prescribed Asthalin for cough, is it good or bad below 2 years kids? please recommend me which cough syrup is best for him

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Cough gy. and Cold along wihth the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given.
along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given.
steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.
