mam mishty meri daughter 22 months ki hai . khana khati par wait gain nahi ho raha. kya kre?

A. dear mum, some kids gain weight slowly. if your kid is active, playful, achieving all growth milestones, weight is within the normal range for child's age then do not worry. For healthy weight gain, child should be given all the foods that are prepared in the house give five meals this includes two healthy snacks give more than One Katori every time the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits dairy products like curd paneer nuts control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing food and beverages processed packaged foods.
