Agar children eating mein interest nahi dikhae toh try to mix variety of foods so that maximum nutrition diya jaa sake even smaller quantities mein. Koshish karein ki force feed nahi karein and eating ko fun time bananye. Kiddie bowl or plate or cup with a straw from brands like Babyhug feeding range mein serve karein in different shapes and colors to make it interesting.
