mam meri baby ko 22 month chal raha he main usko 1 yr tak deksol ka ek vitamin de drop de raha tha uske birth ke bad se doctor ne ek sal tak deksol dene ko kaha tha par ab use kuch bhi vitamin nehi de raha hun to usko kya vitamin dun abhi plz reply me uska waight b. bahat kam he 10 kilo plz mam kuch sajetion dijiye

A. avoid over vitamin. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide yousee only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust her
