mam meri age 24 years h mere gums me swelling rehti h or teeth b kitna b saaf kr lo saaf nahi hote h gums ke kinare kinare yellow or black marks h please mujhe koi accha sa toothpaste suggest kr dijiye.

ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist4 years agoA. hello dear parent. kisi bhi toothapste se aapko relief nai milega. ek baar aapko kisi dentist ko check kara ke scaling krani padegi fir uske baad regular brushing se aapko aisi problem nai aayegi
