A. Hello my dear parent! I got that that includes seasonal foods and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy is very important for child’s healthy nutrition and growth. Keep changing the menu so that your child will taste different foods and flavours. Let the child be physically active. Some good stretching exercises can help increasing the height.
