A lot of times it can be associated with improper habits like the child is keeping dirty hand into the mouth eating with dirty hands picking up stuff from here and there and put it into the mouth because when the gut is unhealthy because of this situation can be recurring stomach infection so you need to focus on these things to maintain hygiene and cleanliness and good habits
