mam iam mother of a 9 months old baby I missed my period by 7 days can u suggest me how can I get period home remedi

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. there us no such home remedies ok.See you can show to a gynac and get the right opinion as it needs examination and check up in person.Best will be to consult a doctor there as well who can practically see the patient and help to get a diagnosis

if you are nursing mother then it is normal to not get periods or to get irregular periods during breastfeeding journey
so don't worry
it will regularise by own naturally.
just take healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your body well hydrated
maintain good hygiene
but if you have any dobut , better to do pregnancy test at home.
