mam iam 5 months pregnant but my sugar level is little bit high iam consulting the doctor. so pls suggest me some tips.

A. Hi Try to reduce the serve size of meals Avoid sugar, jaggery , honey, rice & it's products Add more vegetables & proteins like pulses, egg white, low fat paneer, soya chunks in meals Take small frequent meals

A. Gestational diabetes diet Plenty of whole fruits and vegetables. Moderate amounts of lean proteins and healthy fats. Moderate amounts of whole grains, such as bread, cereal, pasta, and rice, plus starchy vegetables, such as corn and peas. Fewer foods that have a lot of sugar, such as soft drinks, fruit juices, and pastries.
