Q.

mam I suffered from idiopathic mastitis ....now I ma fine...at that I was suggested not to use contraceptive pill.....now as 2 year has passed..could you please suggest me a low dose of contraceptive pill

A. please avoid contraceptive pill or injections as they all are hormones and have lots of side effects.. you can opt for short-term condoms or long run intra uterine contraceptive methods as cuT insertion

A. hello this requires a proper medical attention and it would be better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better and also safe too
