mam I suffered from idiopathic mastitis ....now I ma fine...at that I was suggested not to use contraceptive pill.....now as 2 year has passed..could you please suggest me a low dose of contraceptive pill

you can opt for short-term condoms or long run intra uterine contraceptive methods as cuT insertion
