Mam I m a 1 year old baby's mother who want to know about allergy and fungal infections . My baby have small type of rashes under the lip and nose like allergic reaction . I have shown to dermatologist and he adviced anti histamine but it not cured properly still the small small rashes are there and the nose become more dry. mam is it allergy or infection. what I have to do for further clarification . ..
