Q.

Mam, i have two daughters of age 7 months and 3 n 1/2 yrs... many r saying kids are to be given flu vaccine in this pandamic... is it true?? I have been giving them only government vaccines till now... if we need to give flu vaccine... plz let me knw its name n wen to give in detail... thq

A. can be given. Immunization should be done if feasible for infant as they are primary vaccines but can be delayed for about 14 days . But other vaccine can be delayed for a month or so . . Influenza vaccine should be given yearly as covid vaccine is still under trial and flu vaccine is recommended.
