mam I had my C section delivery in the month of September. I am suffering from hair lose and Backpain.

A. hi yes it is common to get after delivery please take iron and calcium supplements as per your doctor's prescription take Apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day prefer healthy and well blanaced diet
