mam I am pregnant but days are delayed May I know the reason and last few weeks ago I got light spotting blood

A. This week would be difficult to say anything you have to check with your gynaecologist only as to why this is happening and what is the reason behind it otherwise as a doctor would be available here and then only they will be able to give you appropriate help on that
