Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the daily diet. Ensure that you rest well when your baby is resting. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated along with breastfeeding. Good luck and take care.
