mam guide me about lactose oversupply my bby is gassy all the time with hard stomach

A. gases in the stomach are mostly present if you are not burping the baby at least 3 to 4 times after each feeding which gets collected and creates colic pain to the baby

A. Hard stomach is there because of stomach pain and gas is very common issue with kids so I would advise you that you can go ahead with giving Bonnisan it’s a medicine under the brand of Himalaya completely safe to be given five drops maximum four times in the day can be offered to the child
