mam good evening, feb 28 or 29 i dont when is my Lmp ΰ°‘ΰ±ΰ°ΰ±, but i got pregnancy positive.... blood test done and scan also taken on april 11 sac formed in uterous and every thing is good doctor said like that, but yesterday i mean april 18 again they did ultrasound for heart beat checking but no heart beat, i felt really bad , i want ur suggestion plz suggest me....how many weeks now to me and about heart beat . this is third time I'm getting like this.......mam πππ₯Ί

Even if you take it end of February I would just say it is approximately six or seven weeks of pregnancy so I would just say if there is no heartbeat and if your doctor is advising you to wait then you should because sometimes by the time of 12 weeks also the heartbeat can come but further you should do what your doctor advises
