mam aadvika ko fever aaya night me and repeat hua use 3 month se fever aa jata hai hr month ek baar jbki antibiotics b dete hain

This requires proper evaluation so to clear your doubts regarding this and to receive proper information you should consult your pediatrician/concerned doctor who will guide you in a proper way and will also suggest proper investigation if required after clinical examination and ttaking detailed history. That will be a better approa JC sch to get a proper treatment regarding this.
