Maine Nov me feeding stop ker diya tha aur mere Brest normal bhi the butabhi last one weekse left breast me touch kerne per Thora pain hota h kya Karu q ho Raha h.

A. Applying warm compresses to the breasts before feeding, or taking a hot bath. Applying cold compresses if it works to ease the pain.
