please try cool pack at regular intervals of one or two hours.
dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes
keep your child in well vantileted room.
maintain good hygiene
feed your child is on demand.

please avoid self medication
it can be harmful
because some medicine and it's Content can affect your breastmilk supply and so your child
just opt for natural ways like,take healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your body well hydrated
avoid drinking RO water
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
