Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydhfration is required if loose motions are associated bwith foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

keep her Hydrated by giving her ORS as well as water every half an hour inspoon
