madam when the kid is very much excited and not sleeping so what to do in that situation

A. hi parent please avoid morning nap or decrease morning nap time please keep your child tummy full before going to bed please provide peace full environment please use natural sunlight please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
