Q.

Madam, my child has a fever of 100.4; should I take him to the doctor? The fever sometimes goes down and sometimes comes back.

A. It’s a very mild fever so if you’re okay with it you can continue giving paracetamol every six hours and if the fever increases or does not subside completely by the time of 72 hours then in that case you can consult your doctor for further assistance
