AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. It can be due to hormonal imbalances. Please take fiber rich food and iron rich food items. Avoid maida food and outside and oily food. Do atleast thirty minutes walk daily. Drink Shaadmani Blue fusion green tea which is good for hormonal imbalances.
