madam I'm a working mom since 2 days baby was with her grand parents and I came on work to other place. since I'm not feeding baby I'm suffering from beast pain. please suggest solution

A. dear Mum the pain is due to breast engorgement with milk. to avoid breast engorgement you need to express the breast milk you can do this with hand massage work in circular motion from the best area to the nipple videos are also available for the same
