Q.

Maam need help from you actually my wife and Son Came home on 9th April 11th noon my son stopped feeding we taken him to doctor n doctor sad having jaundice bilirubin came 23 points will attach all reports 3 nights he was under phototherapy we came home on 14th or 15 early morning

A. 23 is a very high number and definitely he will require phototherapy for a longer period and the child should be assessed for any kernicterus Also . Discuss with your doctor what the plan is
