Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. if the baby is having red rashes on the face it is because of Summer heat and it is to maintain proper hygiene wash the face frequently with water apply calamine lotion

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. I would recommend you to simply apply glycerine on the affected area apart from that avoid application of any of the baby products for sometime glycerine will be very effective to get rid of pimples
