Hi Half of your queries in English half is in the other language so I do not understand if you are just trying to figure out the weight of your child and for the face age of 4 1/2 months so I am going to say if your child has gained about 400 g to 800 g every month then you will know what will be the ideal weight of your child by the age of 4 1/2 months
