Q.
ma daughter has bolcked up nose since 2 to 3 days but she is very active and some dry sound coming from her nose .Already I gave saline nasal drops since 2 days .still ,she experiences difficult ies.What should I do Dr?? Apart from this ,she's. has no fever , no running nose ,

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician1 Year agoA. dear mom. try giving indirect steam inhakation or can use room humidifire, do warm mustard oil massage n use nasal saline drops to clear stuffy nose.. t. c.
