ma baby had done 3-4 times dirty poo..is there any infection..what should i gv hm to eat

U First have to get a check with your doctor to figure out as to if it is an infection or something and according to that whatever medicine is required will be suggested by you a doctor only you can give everything to eat there is no restriction on food
