Q.
ma baby girl is 4 months old and she is suffering from cough and cold... nasal congestion is also there... doctor gave me cefixime as antibiotic... is there any problm with antibiotic in this smaller age?? since she is 4 months only too

Cough and cold can be due to seasonal variation and maybe a sign of any viral infection so as a home remedies steam can be started and if the cough worsen then cough syrup like asthakind can be given but if there is any breathing difficulty then a physician should be consulted .
