Q.
Ma’am my wife recently delivered baby on 19th March (C -Section) but she is not enuf milk except 2-3 drops. Is this normal also can we give suppu and fruits to my wife. Doctor has suggested Galact for my wife 2 spoon ( morning and night ) and Similax for baby after ever feed post 20 min.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist7 months agoA. Namaste Father , it is fine and normal dont worry , please give your wife the supplements and also healthy and filling diet as such as that would help to produce good quality milk
