ma'am my son's private part is not open so please tell me what is the solution for it?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. Almost 4 1/2 years now by this it should be open otherwise what you do is apply some coconut oil and gently try to pull the skin down do this at least 3 to 4 times in the day till if you do not see happening within the time of 30 to 40 days and you have to go for further assessment
