Ma’am my baby has these kind of rashes on her entire body can u plz suggest .. is it normal r not.. I have attached photo also for ur information kindly give a suggestion

Once my baby faced itchy and red patches on skin and my baby's pediatrician suggested some syrup and with that Aveeno Baby Cleansing Therapy Moisturizing Wash it gently cleanses without damaging the skin's barrier and Aveeno Baby Dermexa Moisturizing Cream provides moisturisation for 24 hours. This made with Triple oat complex and it works to soothe dry and itchy skin.
